Terms of Service

The service

InnovativeInvoice creates downloadable payment-request invoices through manual PDF generation and bulk ZIP export. Generated documents are not BIR-compliant tax invoices. INVGEN does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice through this service.

You are responsible for checking invoice details before using or sending a generated document and for keeping any records required for your business.

Your information

Submitted invoice and customer contents are processed to validate entries, provide a preview, and create the requested PDF or ZIP download. InnovativeInvoice has no user accounts, does not retain those submitted contents after request processing, and is not an invoice archive.

Files you download remain on your device. Read the Privacy Notice for details about processing and approved aggregate operational metrics.

Free service and public bulk demo

Manual generation is free and is limited to 10 exports per anonymous visitor per 10 minutes. There is no lifetime cap on manual invoices. Bulk export is limited to 2 exports per anonymous visitor per 10 minutes and no more than 50 generated invoices in one ZIP.

The public bulk demo ends at the earlier of 100 successful public ZIP exports or 30 days after the actual public launch. Failed exports and QA activity do not count. When the bulk demo ends, bulk export pauses and manual generation remains available, subject to its short-window limit.

Payments

No payment is due for this release. No automatic charge or PayMongo checkout is enabled. INVGEN will publish separate pricing and updated terms before enabling any paid checkout or paid service.

Using the service responsibly

Use only information you are authorized to use. You must not use InnovativeInvoice to create fraudulent or misleading payment requests, use another person’s information without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

Availability and changes

The free service may be unavailable during maintenance, capacity limits, security response, or technical failure. INVGEN may update these Terms if the service, limits, or legal requirements change. Any paid service will have separately published pricing and terms before activation.

Support and security

Report a suspected security incident to support@inv-gen.com.

High-severity server or PDF-renderer failures send an immediate internal alert to that address. Repeated identical failures are summarized at most once every 15 minutes, and a further alert is sent when the service recovers. These alerts contain technical operational details, not submitted invoice or customer contents.
